Conservation Physiology. File descriptions: CTmax_mastersheet.csv: File including the collection dates, thermal ramping trial dates, ID, status, sex, total length, mass, condition factor, clasper lengths, number of holding days, thermal ramping trial times, and start and end water temperature of thermal ramping assays for 30 epaulette sharks (Hemiscyllium ocellatum) collected from the reef flat of Heron Island, QLD, AU. CTmax_ventilation_data.csv: The epaulette shark ID, time in minutes in the thermal assay, ventilation rate in beats per min (bpm), activity type, a binary coding of the activity type, status, sex, and mass. Activity_summary_data.csv: The epaulette shark ID, status, sex, activity type (active or resting), a binary coding of the activity type, counts across each trial of each activity type, and the percentage of trial time at each activity time.
