Fur luminophore HPLC and LC-MS data output

Raw .csv data and chromatograms of roadkill fur extracts run through HPLC and LC-MS. Long-nosed bandicoot, northern brown bandicoot, northern quoll, coppery brushtail possum, Lumholtz's tree-kangaroo, pale field rat and platypus.

Software/equipment used to create/collect the data: Filtered fur extract loaded onto a reversed-phase column (Phenomenex Aeris peptide XB-C18, 250 x 10 mm, 5 μm, 100 Å) and run on an Agilent 1260 Infinity HPLC system (Agilent Technologies). Resulting fractions loaded onto a onto a reversed-phase column (Phenomenex Aeris peptide XB-C18, 150 x 2.1 mm, 3.6 µm, 100 Å) and analysed on a Shimadzu Prominence HPLC system coupled to a Shimadzu LCMS2020 mass spectrometer. Data were collected and analysed using Shimadzu LabSolutions v5.96 software.

Software/equipment used to manipulate/analyse the data: Shimadzu LabSolutions v5.96 software and Microsoft Excel.
